General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use — The Moonlight SNC

1. Général

1.1 Moonlight (The Moonlight SNC), (CHE-451.572.065), c/o Franck Kodjo, Chemin du Curé-Desclouds, 1226 Thônex, contact@themoonlight.ch, operates a website and mid-week social experience services in Geneva (the “Services”), including:

“Social Rounds” (routes across 3 partner bars);
venue matching/private bookings with establishments;
online ticketing and related communications.

1.2 By visiting the site, creating an account and/or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Any deviation is only valid in writing.

2. Account, age & access

2.1 Creating an account may be required to book. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2.2 Minimum age: 18 (alcohol). Non-drinkers are welcome (mocktails available).

2.3 Moonlight may refuse/close an account or deny access to an event in case of breach of these T&Cs, identity theft, SPAM, fraud, or for safety reasons.

3. Tickets, pricing & payments

3.1 Prices are shown in CHF, VAT included where applicable.

3.2 Accepted payment methods: TWINT, cards via Wix Payments, and any other methods shown at checkout.

3.3 Tickets are personal and entitle you to: the planned itinerary, one drink per bar (cocktail/mocktail/wine/beer) and shared tapas (as per the offer), plus Moonlight hosting/coordination. Exact inclusions are specified on the event page.

3.4 Limited capacity. Moonlight may adjust the itinerary/timings/partner bars (quality/safety/availability). In case of a material change, an equivalent solution or a refund will be offered.

4. Cancellation & refunds

4.1 Customer: full refund if cancelled at least [24/48] hours before start time. After that: non-refundable (except where required by law).

4.2 Moonlight: if the event is cancelled without a new date, a full refund or a proposed reschedule will be offered.

4.3 External costs (transport, accommodation, etc.) are not refunded.

5. Conduct & safety rules

5.1 Respect Moonlight staff, other participants and venue house rules (access, hygiene, safety, noise, dress code, legal drinking age).

5.2 Alcohol: you remain responsible for your consumption. Moonlight/venues may refuse alcohol service or admission/continued participation in case of intoxication or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

5.3 Health & allergies: please inform us of any allergies/intolerances; tapas are shared. Traceability is provided by the venues; no guarantee of total absence of allergens.

5.4 Personal belongings: you are responsible for them. Moonlight is not liable for loss/theft/damage unless due to proven gross negligence.

5.5 Accessibility: tell us your needs; we will do our best in coordination with venues.

6. Photos/Videos

Unless you object before or during the event (to our team), you authorise Moonlight to reasonably use photos/videos from the night (website, social media, recaps), without geographic limitation and without compensation. A “no-photo” area may be offered where feasible.

7. Third-party services

Routes take place in independent partner establishments. Their services (quality, hygiene, safety, opening hours) remain under their responsibility. Card payments are processed via Wix Payments; TWINT applies under its own terms.

8. Intellectual property

9. Liability

9.1 To the extent permitted under Swiss law, Moonlight excludes liability for indirect/consequential damages. For direct damages, liability is limited to the price paid per participant, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9.2 Moonlight is not liable for delays, closures, strikes, weather, administrative decisions or force majeure.

9.3 Moonlight is not a dating service and does not guarantee any relationship outcome.

10. Personal data

We process the data required for booking and communication (name, email, etc.) in line with our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion) at contact@themoonlight.ch.

11. Changes to the T&Cs

Moonlight may update these T&Cs. The current version is published on the site; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss substantive law.

Exclusive venue: Geneva (subject to mandatory provisions).

Moonlight may also bring action at the customer’s domicile.
